Workshop: Dumpling Demonstration 餃子製作體驗工作坊

Learn about the traditional techniques to wrap dumplings in this interactive culinary experience with the Kong family as they share family stories and tips. Attendees who participate in all the dumpling stations will receive a package of their noodles to cook at home (while supplies last).

The book 90-Year-Old Noodle Handbook Batch 1.0 is a glimpse into the craft of noodle-making passed down through four generations of the Kong family—noodle-makers behind two of San Francisco’s oldest noodle factories, Mon Sing Noodle Co.
