Many of the people who keep San Francisco Public Library running each day are artists as well as library workers. ART/WORK 3 highlights the creativity of SFPL staff, showcasing artwork made beyond the library walls and offering a glimpse into the many talents found throughout the library system.
The exhibition features paintings, drawings, photography, sculpture, ceramics, textiles, prints, jewelry and other works created by staff from departments and branches across SFPL. Participating artists range from first-time exhibitors to practicing professionals, reflecting a wide variety of artistic backgrounds, styles and perspectives.
