學習使用電腦的基本知識。Tech Exchange 的數碼技能課程推行科技應用, 鼓勵參加者將所學融入日常生活。此4課堂適合電腦新手及需重溫基本技能人仕。系列將以畢業禮作結，屆時參加者將獲贈電腦一部。參加者必須出席所有課堂 （10/06，10/13，10/20，10/27）才可獲得手提電腦。此活動由加州公用事業委員會撥款資助, Tech Exchange 導師授課。上課時將提供手提電腦作教學用途。活動以粵語進行。

Learn the basics of how to use a computer. Tech Exchange’s digital skills curriculum provides residents with an introduction to technology use and encourages the incorporation of learned practices into daily life. This class is part of a 4-week series, perfect for those who are new to computers or need a refresher on basic skills. After completing all four sessions participants can receive a device. Classes will be taught by Tech Exchange. Participants must attend all sessions (Oct 6, 13, 20, and 27) to qualify for the laptop. This program is funded by the California Public Utilities Commission and taught by Tech Exchange instructors. Laptops will be provided for use during class. The course will be conducted in Cantonese.
