Take a field trip to Muir Woods and learn about Redwood trees. Coast Redwoods are the tallest trees on the planet and only occur naturally on the Pacific Coast. Once a forest is established, they are resilient and resistant to almost every imaginable stressor, including droughts, insects, fires and floods. Together, we'll learn more about their past, their present, and their future in a changing world.
Space is limited and advance registration is required. Walk-in registration begins June 20. Stop by the Chinatown Branch Library to reserve your spot. Call-in registration begins July 10.
