This 6-week workshop designed for seniors (60+) addresses the challenges adults with chronic pain face. It aims to build self-efficacy by providing non-medical tools, including goal setting, confidence building, gentle movement techniques, physical activity and the importance of good sleep. Participants must be 60 years or older to join and should try to attend all six sessions: 2/3, 2/10, 2/24, 3/3, 3/10, 3/17.
