About our instructor: Kuo is a RYT-200 certified yoga instructor who focuses on a mindful practice that feels good for the body, mind and soul. Jaime has been a dedicated yogini practitioner for over 10 years. She loves just about everything yoga-related, especially imparting the gifts of yoga with others.
