Aprende las nociones básicas para utilizar una computadora. El programa de capacitación digital de Tech Exchange ofrece una introducción al uso de la tecnología y fomenta la incorporación de las prácticas aprendidas a la vida cotidiana. Los entrenadores trabajarán con los participantes para determinar su nivel de conocimientos y los ayudarán a alcanzar los objetivos que se propongan. Esta clase forma parte de una serie de 4 semanas, perfecta para quienes son nuevos a las computadoras o necesitan un repaso de conocimientos básicos. La serie culminará con una graduación en la que los participantes podrán recibir un dispositivo electrónico por su participación en las clases. La asistencia es obligatoria para recibir una computadora. Este programa es parte de una subvención de la Comisión de Servicios Públicos de California. Las clases serán enseñadas por Tech Exchange. Se proporcionarán computadoras portátiles para la instrucción. Plazas limitadas. Es necesario hacer una reserva; (415) 557-4388. Tech Exchange fue fundada por Bruce Buckelew, pionero en la lucha contra la fractura digital a través de soluciones tecnológicas ecológicas. Tech Exchange ofrece a la comunidad computadoras gratuitas y/o de bajo costo, apoyo técnico, capacitación digital y ayuda para acceder al Internet.
