Wild Goose (Dayan) Qigong is a series of 64 graceful standing movements taught by Lois Brady designed to improve the circulation of Qi, the vital life force in the body. In this weekly drop-in class, you will also learn warm-up stretches, sitting meditation and acupressure self-massage.
