Learn the fundamentals of making kombucha and get your own SCOBY to ferment this delicious and healthful drink at home.

If possible, bring a clean pint or half pint container with lid to carry home the SCOBY you will receive--a Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast. As an added bonus, Dave Gomberg of SF Ferments will teach us to make buttermilk, as well. No signup required.

Build better wellness practices and learn ways to improve your health.
