Learn about the Indian traditional medicine system, Ayurveda which is the sister science of Yoga. We will discuss fundamental concepts and consider how to cultivate wellness and balance in our lives.  

Topics to be covered: 

  • What is Ayurveda? 
  • What is health from an Ayurvedic perspective? 
  • How is your health unique? 
  • Change the way you see yourself and the world by understanding the Five Elements and the 3 Doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) 
  • Explore ways to live a healthier, more vibrant life using Ayurvedic practices 

Benny Amarlapudi is an Ayurvedic Practitioner. She has trained at the Mount Madonna College of Ayurveda in Watsonville, California. Ayurveda has been an integral part of Amarlapudi's upbringing and her goal is to share the benefits and principles of Ayurveda with the community and beyond. She believes that every positive health choice is a vital step towards cultivating sustainable well-being and seeks to empower others to reach their optimal level of wellness.
