Erynne Elkins portraitEmbark on a journey of self-discovery and emotional wellness with certified breathwork facilitator, Erynne Elkins, who leads us through an immersive experience of chakra alignment and transformative breathwork. Set against a backdrop of ambient music and supportive vocal prompts, participants will explore the profound connection between optimal chakra function and emotional well-being.

We collectively step away from the chaos of daily life to breathe deeply, both individually and as a community. This session, including 35 minutes of guided breathwork, offers a unique opportunity for personal growth and rejuvenation.

Face masks and yoga mats are optional, allowing participants to customize their experience for maximum comfort and relaxation.

SFPL will provide books for your home library to enhance your understanding and appreciation of breathwork.

Space limited. Reservations required: (415) 355-2868.
