The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) is offering their free services for English, Chinese, and Russian speakers at Richmond Branch Library on Mondays from 10 am to 1 pm. They provide information and referral, help with filling out forms, and translation services for seniors and disabled adults, in areas such as housing, health care, case management, and many more.


This is a Wise Up! program for learning and living well at any age.
