Everyone is welcome to a yoga session developed by instructor Nancy Yates especially designed for people who are visually impaired or blind. The class is every Thursday in the Library for the Blind and Print Disabled. Perfect for Seniors or beginners who want to move in a quiet, safe and purposeful way. The session will infuse positive energy as we ease into stretching, balancing, flexibility and strengthening postures that open the lungs, neck, shoulders, arms, hips and hearts.

This is a Wise Up! program for learning and living well at any age. Activities for seniors and older adults.

Events for adults and children dealing with disabilities, their families, friends and allies.
