Create your own colorful artwork inspired by amate paper paintings—a type of bark paper used for a variety of purposes beginning with Mesoamerican cultures and continuing in modern-day Mexico. Gather the following ahead of time for craft supplies and tools:

- 1 brown paper bag

- 1 pair of scissors

- Black Ink/Paint/Watercolor

- Water

- 1 Paintbrush

- 1 Box of Crayons
