Acclaimed theater director Kayla Minton Kaufman and talented local actors perform a dramatic reading of Chronic, a brand new play by playwright Diana Lauren Jones. Chronic is a web (play) series about a support group for people with chronic conditions led by a nearly bankrupt therapist. The pilot episode, In Session–Group Agreements, is about the first meeting of the support group. Fresh Play is a bimonthly series that presents dramatic readings of original works. If you love live theater, you won’t want to miss SFPL’s Fresh Sunday Play Reading Series.
