SFHDC is hosting a special Ready-Set-Rent workshop to support community members applying for the new Lark Landing affordable housing development. Applications will open in January 2026, and this session will help participants understand eligibility, prepare required documents, and complete the online application during the workshop if they choose.

This event is prioritized for Certificate of Preference (COP) holders and their descendants, as these groups receive priority in the lottery for Lark Landing.
