This one-hour presentation is designed to support individuals who are planning for their own future as well as those caring for aging parents, partners, or friends. Participants will gain practical tools, valuable insights, and peace of mind to help navigate the emotional, financial, and logistical aspects of aging. Whether you're just beginning to think about long-term planning or actively supporting a loved one, this session offers guidance to help you thrive—not just age. Presented by hospice nurses and end of life doulas including Dori L. Sappo - Hospice RN, BSN, End of Life Care .
