Make an appointment for free, confidential basic financial guidance for anyone living, working or receiving services in San Francisco regardless of citizenship status. Coaches are fluent in English, Spanish and Mandarin, with additional translation services as requested. Counseling sessions are in-person or virtual.

Appointments are available Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. either in person at the Main Library or virtually. On Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., only virtual appointments are offered.

San Francisco Financial Counseling is provided by the Office of Financial Empowerment
