Erin Masako will share her recently released book, Asian American Herbalism: Traditional and Modern Healing Practices for Everyday Wellness. Drawing from the book, you will learn how to make the perfect cup of tea and culturally relevant herbs to support your Qi (energy) for mental and physical wellness. Complementary tea tasting at the beginning of the event.
