Author Tiffany Triệu will create space for participants to connect with their own inner child while sharing her own journey of healing her inner child as the eldest daughter of Vietnamese refugees. We will have author book reading, light socializing, group meditation, and open Q&A.

Tiffany Triệu (Thanh Nguyệt) is a Vietnamese American author, artist, and educator. Her practice is centered around creating Home - whether it’s rediscovering with ancestral stories or exploring what community and friendship mean today. 

Her first book titled Inner Child is a collection of stories from Tiffany’s own journey in rekindling her relationship with her inner child, resources from both friends and colleagues in the mental health field, as well as, guided activities and questions that give readers space to process their own lived experiences.
