Explore the effects of growing up as the eldest or parentified daughter and participate in workshops centered on accessing and processing your feelings through group work (or group reflections), somatic practices and other activities.

Join Holistic Life Coach Karolyn Wong as she guides us in a 2 Part Healing Series for parentified and eldest daughters focused on honoring our anger and sadness and redefining what being supported and empowered can look like for us on the other side of our healing now.

  • Part 1 - Grieving Our Inner Children, May 20
  • Part 2 - From Surviving to Thriving, June 3

Karolyn Wong is a speaker and holistic life coach who supports Women of Color & LGBTQ+ People, Communities & Organizations to feel most grounded empowered, and creative with how we live our lives and do our purpose work in community to create healthier, sustainable communities and movements.
