Bring along an old T-shirt and give it new life as a tote bag.  Craft enthusiast Roz will show you how to take an old T-shirt and turn it into a tote bag. Participants may want to sew patches and buttons onto their own drab tote bag, and give new life to that book bag. Materials are provided, but feel free to bring along an unwanted shirt or bag. Space is limited to the first fifteen registrants. For adults and children who can sew by hand. All library programs are free.  Email dbrink@sfpl.org, or call 415) 355-2823 to register. This event is sponsored by the Friends of the San Francisco Public Library.
