This class will be beneficial for anyone who wants to improve posture, breathing, balance, and coordination; ease muscle tension and aches.  During the class, you will be on the floor/mat, mindfully and slowly exploring your movements with the teacher's instructions.  Please bring a mat.  No registration required.

Feldenkrais Method® was developed by scientist and Judo practitioner Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-1984).
