KJ Landis will discuss ginger's health effects and show us how to incorporate ginger into our daily diet. And we will taste some  gingergy foods as well!  Ginger is not only a delicious--and the most ubiquitous--condiment, but its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects can help heal numerous conditions like cancer, bacterial infections, heart disease, and stroke.
