*Breads of the World: Scallion Pancakes

In this hands-on class, we'll make a favorite breakfast or snack from China, Cong Yu Bing. Ths flakey layered bead is seasoned with scallions and sesame seeds then griddled until crisp. We'll make a simple hot water dough then learn the tricks for transforming our dough into this delectable treat. Limited to 10-12 youth participants. Please call (415) 355-5717 to register.
