Steps for Requesting to use the Mary Louise Stong Conference Room

  1. Check for room availability. It is only available during the library's open hours.
  2. Read the Rules for Use of Library Meeting Rooms

  3. Submit an online room request OR fill out and submit a PDF version below. Requests submitted within 7 days of the meeting date will not be accepted.
  4. Use of the library's audio visual equipment is available for a fee Monday through Saturday. 
  5. Meeting rooms must be vacated 30 minutes prior to closing.
