Counselors are available for free affordable housing counseling services. Counselors can provide tenants’ rights counseling (habitability issues, eviction threats, etc.), help create a housing plan for an entire household, assist with scheduling housing counseling appointments and provide information on housing subsidy opportunities (DAHLIA, SFERAP, Section 8, etc.) 

The Bill Sorro Housing Program (BiSHoP) services are available in English, Spanish, French, Tagalog, and Arabic.
