A light and charming spoof comedy-thriller about a shy San Francisco librarian (Goldie Hawn) who gets mixed up in an assassination plot targeting the Pope, and teams up with a police lieutenant (Chevy Chase) to foil the crooks. Chevy Chase earned a Golden Globe nomination for this feature, his first notable narrative film acting role.
