A retired federal employee and Hong Kong immigrant, Lam is an avid collector of stamps, coins, postcards, and antiques, as well as a skilled photographer and graphic designer. He will present an authentic postcard of Notre Dame Cathedral, a coin album, and a custom-designed first day cover for attendees.
