Designing a Career That Works for You
Wednesday, 9/30/2026
12:00 - 1:00
Suitable for:
  • Adults

Step back, reflect honestly and design a career that actually works for you. This session is for high-performing professionals who feel successful on paper but sense something is no longer aligned.  Participants step back to reflect honestly on what they value, what energizes them and what they actually want from their career. Together we explore why career priorities shift over time, how to get a clearer sense of what you value and practical strategies to move forward with intention and confidence, whether that means a pivot, a promotion, a reset, or simply more clarity about where they're heading. Participants leave with tools and reflection prompts they can apply immediately.

Presented by Claire Campion, Career and Leadership Coach and former HR leader at Google and Grammarly. After a 20+ year career in Media and Tech, Claire launched her coaching business in 2025. She supports individuals navigating complex career transitions, helping them gain clarity, confidence and direction during periods of uncertainty and change. Claire also consults on leadership transitions, organizational change and navigating ambiguity in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
