Build confidence with your finances by learning how to make thoughtful, values-driven money decisions.

Strong financial decisions begin with awareness. This workshop helps participants understand how emotions, habits, and external influences shape everyday money choices—and how to slow down decision-making with intention. Through guided reflection, live polls, and practical tools, participants learn to align financial decisions with their values, stay grounded under pressure, and make choices that support both financial confidence and overall wellbeing.
