Learn how to defend yourself in everyday urban situations, such as riding the bus or waiting for BART, going to your car, leaving work late or even during social situations at the end of the day.
Classes are taught in a simple and effective manner for all people regardless of fitness level. No prior experience in self-defense is required. Experienced instructors provide lessons in a nurturing and supportive space.
