Speakers from the UCSF Department of Memory & Aging Center will present a three-part series March 01, 08 and 15 designed to address some of the issues that accompany aging.

March 1st: What does it mean to age? Healthy and unhealthy changes in the brain.

March 8th: Physical and cognitive stimulation for a healthy brain.

March 15th: Social connection, loneliness and brain health.

You do not need to attend all three programs.
