Presenter: Catherine Accardi is a native San Franciscan, born on Telegraph Hill. She is a historian and author of three San Francisco books; North Beach & Telegraph Hill, San Francisco Landmarks, and San Francisco Through Time. With an A.A. in Photography, B.A.in Urban Studies/Historic Preservation, Catherine has made over 40 presentations and has been a journalist with more than 150 published articles. The streets, byways and alleys of the City’s North Beach are her favorite haunt, every landmark documented and every experience remembered.
