With a mix of martial arts, acrobatics, music and dance, participants will practice self-defense, movement and rhythm. His mediums include journalism, photography, film, performance and writing. Phillips explores the world through a socio-cultural context with emphasis on exploring the African diaspora and its global presence and influence.
