Build balloon racers and explore the idea that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Took two volunteers, two librarians, 7 manual pumps, 1 electric pump, tapioca straws from the year before. Worked out really well. Lots of patrons screaming and balloons popping. Competition for the fastest balloon was fierce. KS
