Chronic Pain Self-Management Program (CPSMP) is a six-week (on Fridays, Sept. 22 to Oct. 27) workshop developed by Stanford University to help adults self-manage their pain. Participants meet once a week for six weeks, learning, sharing and bonding. This program has been reviewed by Pain physicians, occupational and physical therapists, registered dietitian and other health professionals.
