Legacy Filipino Martial Arts is partnered with Self Defense for the People™, a unique program for everyone who wants to learn street-smart self defense to protect themselves, their loved ones, and their peers. The company believes that de-escalation and verbal self defense are just as important as physical defense techniques.

Classes are taught in an simple and effective manner for all people regardless of fitness level or age. No prior experience in self defense is required. This is a program that provides experienced instructors and lessons in a nurturing and supportive space.
