Celebrate those who have passed by making a colorful picture frame and tissue paper marigolds to contribute an ofrenda (offering) to the Ocean View Branch's altar for Dia de los Muertos. Bring flowers, photos or any small object that serves as a remembrance to your loved one. The ofrenda will be on display through November 2.
