Learn and practice Tai Chi - a gentle, slow moving form of exercise and meditation - with skilled instructor Richard Fong. Tai Chi may help improve your overall health, fitness, balance, flexibility, coordination, posture and mental well being. In 2020, Tai Chi was included in the UNESCO List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. The class is held in our program room with windows and door open. Drop-ins welcome.
