Arete Nicholas is an RN and Health Educator with years of professional experience specific to heart health needs. She will target how to identify and manage the risk factors of heart disease, preventing disease and vitally important, how to take immediate action at the first signs of a heart attack. 

The program is provided by a partnership with the Community Living Campaign and West Portal Branch Library.
