Gentle yoga to help reduce stress levels, increase energy & flexibility, and strengthen the mind-body-spirit connection. Please bring your own mat and blocks if you have them. A few spare blocks will be available. NOTE - Attendees must be able to get down to the floor and back up to standing on their own without use of a chair.
