CalGrows, California's Department of Aging, and Kinary, a new mobile app designed to support caregivers, are proud to present a Family Caregiver Training Program for California residents. This program is designed for family caregivers who are actively caring for a loved one who is aging, has a disability or a chronic health issue. This workshop will include an introduction to the Kinary mobile app, a digital tool helps family caregivers craft personalized care plans, engage a care team, manage their loved one's medications, appointments and activities.
