In Argento's giallo masterpiece Suspiria (1977), an American dance student attending the prestigious Tanz Academy senses something sinister within its old walls. Featuring a psychedelic soundtrack by Goblin, an Italian progressive rock band, and surreal imagery, the film is an iconic entry within the horror genre. It went on to serve as inspiration for Luca Guadagnino's Suspiria (2018), scored by Thom Yorke.
