Former chef Lisa Pinckney will demonstrate how cooking with induction ranges can reduce air pollution from cooking with gas. Demonstration will include two recipes. Participants will receive a swag bag with information on ways to help improve air quality in their own homes as well as how we can contribute to creating healthier air quality in our communities.
