Work out with Coach B from The City is Our Gym in an all-levels fitness class for older adults. This class includes individualized fitness instruction and time for Q&A to address specific concerns and questions. Participants will leave with a 5-minute daily movement practice to increase their mobility and strength.

Greg Bianchi (Coach B) is a proud San Francisco native and award-winning personal trainer and fitness coach. He offers group exercise classes with personalized attention far beyond any gym experience. His mission is to help people enjoy longer and stronger lives by developing healthier habits. With a Master’s degree in Sports Science and twenty-five years of experience, he has helped thousands of people of all ages get physically fit and stay healthy and strong.
