This guided mindfulness workshop is designed to help you break free from the noise. Through simple, effective practices, you’ll learn how to release tension and experience deep relaxation, create calmness within you, improve your focus, clear your headspace, build resilience to everyday distractions, take a break from the noise — reclaim your calm and unlock your best self. With over a decade of experience teaching breathwork and meditation since 2011, Harsha Golla brings a compassionate and practical approach to mindfulness. He currently teaches mindfulness classes across Capitola, Aptos, and at the Fairfield and Vallejo libraries, helping people of all levels find calm, focus, and balance in their daily lives. His approach focuses on helping people improve focus, create daily moments of solitude, and cultivate deep relaxation.
