Customize an ornament with super cute charms and decoden cream. Children ages 8 and under should complete the craft under their guardian's supervision.

"Decoden" is a Japanese term for "decorate" and "denwa", which means phone. It is a trend of decorating that involves using small charms and silicone glue to create a 3D effect.
