Meet the Filmmaker and Actors of Award winning film 'Possession of Mara'.

Possession of Mara is a haunting new film that captures the eerie beauty of San Francisco through the vision of a passionate local filmmaker Dr. Hassan Zee. Shot across iconic locations —from the windswept cliffs of Lands End to the vibrant streets of Chinatown, Majestic Hotel and Golden Gate Church—the story follows Mara as she confronts supernatural forces that blur reality and nightmare. The city’s fog-draped atmosphere becomes a character of its own, intensifying the film’s tension. Led by the stunning performances of San Francisco actors including the film's lead actress, who won a Best Actress award for her role, Possession of Mara delivers an unforgettable, atmospheric cinematic experience rooted in San Francisco’s spirit. Q & A session will follow the screening of the film.
