Join facilitator Linda Okazaki and others for an informal discussion to ask questions and get answers about your Nikkei roots.

Linda Okazaki is a nationally known researcher and lecturer. A charter member of the Nikkei Genealogical Society and past president of the California Genealogical Society, she is the founder and partner of Linda’s Orchard, LLC. Ms. Okazaki is a columnist for the Nichi Bei News, the president of the Northern California chapter of the Association of Professional Genealogists and a research consultant for Ancestry’s ProGenealogists and Densho.org. 

This program is part of the Genealogy and Family History Symposium 2026, a two-day conference presented by the San Francisco Public Library (SFPL) and the California Genealogical Society (CGS), featuring speakers from SFPL, CGS, the Oakland FamilySearch Center, SFgenealogy and other organizations presenting on a wide range of topics.
